Functions of Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor in HUD
Generally 4-6 polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors are used in HUD solution. The main functions are filtering and storing energy, reducing EMI and EMS of the device, and smoothing the output at the same time.

Sufficient voltage range: our capacitor can withstand 1.5 times of the rated voltage;
Withstand wide temperature: the capacitance of our capacitor stays at a stable level under -55℃-150℃. The capacitance remains above 90% at -55℃, and not more 1.2 times of the rated value at +150℃. The ESR stays at low value to make sure the EMC is within the standard.
High frequency characteristic:
In the range of 10KHz~600KHz, The ESR remains relatively stable and low value, so it can filter the circuit clutter and noise in this wide frequency. Meantime, when high frequency and large ripple current passing through the capacitor, the capacitor generates less heat, thus ensuring the capacitor’s ability to withstand the ripple current and self-temperature rise, and improving the reliability of the capacitor.
Endurance high temperature: At a high temperature of +125°C or even 150°C, the capacitor can continue to work stably. After long-term high-temperature operation, the capacitance of the capacitor can still maintain about 80% of the initial value, thus ensuring stable and reliable operation of the whole device. The device performance remains at a high level.
